Flowerdale Estate Retreat is an historic country retreat located 70 minutes north of Melbourne just off the Hume Highway.
The property has a long history dating back to 1842 when the original homestead was built on a 10,000 acre sheep and cattle station. Today the property includes a 150 acre alpaca stud farm.
This magnificent country retreat provides accommodation for up to 60 guests in comfort and unprecedented style.
The venue provides two well-equipped, air-conditioned conference rooms plus syndicate rooms. Conference rooms have excellent natural light, ergonomic chairs for all day comfort.
Guests are accommodated in thirty stylishly appointed guest rooms with queen or king size beds. All rooms have garden views, en-suite bathroom, study desk, email and internet access and satellite television.
Modern regional cuisine is one of the main attractions that has made Flowerdale Estate so popular. Menus are individually tailored to your group's requirements.
The recreation facilities are unmatched. Undercover floodlit tennis court, heated indoor swimming pool, fitness centre, two saunas, table tennis and full sized billiards table are some of the many options to enjoy.

The guest rooms at Flowerdale Estate have an irresistible charm with warm, inviting interiors. Accommodation rooms have, en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, writing desks, digital clock radio, television, direct dial ISD/STD telephone, and modem points for internet access. The lovely outlook from each room includes views of the gardens, hills and alpacas. Everyone of the 30 large, elegantly appointed guest rooms provide king or queen sized beds offering a flexible accommodation capacity for up to 47 guests twin share, 60 in double or 30 singles.

Notes Relating to Venue Capacities:
Flowerdale Estate has two fully equipped conference rooms include ergonomic chairs, controllable climate and lighting, electronic whiteboards and state-of-the-art audio visual and presentation equipment. Four syndicate rooms are available for smaller groups and a facilitator's office is equipped with PC, printer, fax, photocopier and email. All delegates have access internet and e-mail.
